提高甾体微生物11β-羟化的酶活性
IMPROVEMENT OF ENZYME ACTIVITY IN MICROBIAL 11 β-HYDROXYLATION OF STEROIDS
【摘要】 以犁头霉3.65及其突变菌株为试验菌株,通过细胞稀释,添加硫酸镁、吐温80、青霉素以及其他方法,进行微生物11β-羟化的5L发酵试验。改进后氢化可的松的产率可提高12.1%。如以UV-84突变菌株为试验菌株,则产率提高13.4%。
【Abstract】 The 11β-hydroxylation of Reichstein’s substance acetate to hydrocortisone was improved by using mutant of Absidia orchidis 3.65, cellular dilution with culture, addition of magnesium sulfate etc. Laboratory fermentation was performed in a 5 L flask. After the improvement, the yield with the strain 3.65 or its mutant UV-84 increased by 11.3% and 13.9%, respectively.
