诺氟沙星的荧光分光光度测定法

【摘要】 在pH4的介质中以荧光分光光度法测定诺氟沙星,采用激发波长327nm、发射波长450nm.在浓度0.08~1.6μg/ml的范围内荧光强度与浓度呈良好的线性关系。荧光强度稳定,测定结果与非水滴定法基本一致。并探讨了诺氟沙星体内血药浓度的测定。

【Abstract】 In acid medium (pH4.0), norfloxacin was determined by spectrofluorometry with excitation wavelength 327nm and emission wavelength 450nm. The concentration of its solution in the range of 0.08 to 1.6μg/ml was in good linear relationship with its fluorescent intensity which remained stable for 24 hours. The results were in agreement with those from non-aqueous titration. The proposed method has been studied in the determination of norfloxacin in rabbit plasma.
