【Abstract】 Ibuprofen sustained release granules with the fat-soluble matrixof bee wax and stearic acid were prepared.The dissolution rate of ibuprofenfrom these granules was related to the granule’s size and significantly slowerthan the bulk powder,and conformed to zero-order kinetics model.The scanningelectron photomicrograph demonstrated that these granules had matrix structure.X-ray diffraction pattern showed that the crystalline structure of ibuprofen stillexisted in these granules.更多还原
