布洛芬缓释颗粒的制备及溶出度研究
STUDY ON PREPARATION AND DISSOLUTION OF IBUPROFEN SUSTAINED RELEASE GRANULES
【摘要】 使用疏水性材料蜂蜡和硬脂酸制备的布洛芬缓释颗粒,能明显延缓药物释放,体外药物溶出符合零级动力学模型,释药速率与缓释颗粒的粒径有关。扫描电镜照相证明颗粒具有骨架结构。X 射线衍射分析表明,布洛芬在缓释颗粒中仍以结晶形式存在。
【Abstract】 Ibuprofen sustained release granules with the fat-soluble matrixof bee wax and stearic acid were prepared.The dissolution rate of ibuprofenfrom these granules was related to the granule’s size and significantly slowerthan the bulk powder,and conformed to zero-order kinetics model.The scanningelectron photomicrograph demonstrated that these granules had matrix structure.X-ray diffraction pattern showed that the crystalline structure of ibuprofen stillexisted in these granules.
