【摘要】 利用单侧肾切除术合并注射STZ的方法,建立了糖尿病肾病(DN)动物模型,并观察了大黄醇提物治疗DN的疗效和作用机制。研究结果表明,大黄能明显改善实验大鼠的肾功能,抑制肾脏肥大,减少蛋白尿,改善DN的脂质代谢紊乱,降低血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平。此外,还降低DN肾脏高耗氧现象。提示大黄对实验性DN动物模型有肯定的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of Rheum Officinale (RO) on renal function,compensatory renal growth,oxygen consumption,BUN and creatinine, glucose and Lipid metabolism were studied in experimental diabetic nephropathy, produced by uninephrectomy in combination with streptozotocin injection in male rats. After eight weeks of RO therapy,the compensatory renal growth was suppressed and RO was of much bene fit to the renal function of the diabetic rats. Urine protein, HbAc,serum triglycerides .cholesterol and LDL-Ch were decreased in diabetic rats treated with RO. Therefore,RO exerts a beneficial effect on the experimental diabetic nephropathy.更多还原
