【摘要】 本文对表面活性剂T—65A（用作上油剂）的急性毒性与诱变性进行了研究。急性试验表明小白鼠吸入LC₅0为58640.815mg/m³,属低毒类。其毒性主要作用于气管和肺。微核试验实验组与阴性对照比较有非常显著差别（P<0.01）。精子畸形试验高浓度组与阴性对照比较有显著差别（P<0.05）。提示T—65A有诱变作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acute toxicity and mutagenicity studies of a surface active agent T—65A（used as a glazing agent）were carried out.Theacute toxicity test showed that LC₅₀ is 58640.815mg/m³.The bronchi and the lungs were mainly affected.The micronucleustest showed highly significant difference between the experimental group and control group （p<0. 05）.It suggests that T-65A might be a mutagenic substance.更多还原
