实用动态三维心动图分析系统
Practical Analyzing System of Dynamic Three-Dimensional Echocardiogram
【摘要】 本文介绍了有临床实用价值的动态三维心动图分析系统的基本原理。文中简介了二维超声心动图像实时自动量化电路和按心电信号特征值确定心动周期内各特征时相及据此实时同步采集心动图像信号的方法。文中也探讨了左心室边界自动识别及边界曲线拟合平滑的基本途径,同时也给出了动态图像显示、心室特征参数计算的方法。最后讨论了临床、教学和科研应用前景。
【Abstract】 The basic principle of a practical analyzing system of dynamic three-dimensional echocardiogram (PASDTDE) is described. It shows the circuit diagram which can automatically digitize the image of two-dimensional echocardiograms in real- time and its image information sampling can be synchronized by ECG triggle. The method of distinguishing the boundary of left ventricle automatically and allgorism of the reconstruction on dynamic three- dimensional image and the calculation of the characteristic parameters of the left-ventricale are discussed respectively. The applied results in clinic are given.
