【Abstract】 To be aware of security in fixing the apine through anterior approach with instrumentation, a study of the applied anatomy of the vertebral body was done by measuring various parameters in 1530 thoraco—lumbar （T₁ to L₅） specimens. including the middle positional hight. width, middle ante — sagittal diameter and postsagittal diameter of vertebral body. To find out the anatomical significance for clinical application, measurement of corresponding parameters of CT scan films of 30 cases were caried out （P>0. 05）. Taking into account of All these parameters, findings, the procedures of internal fixation through anterior approach and the direction of drilhng screw in combining the important point of operational anatomy were discussed in detail.更多还原
