【摘要】 本文报告了采用改进的全喉切除环咽吻合术的喉癌11例,取得了较满意的发声效果,而且吞咽功能也恢复良好。手术方法简单易行。手术改进要点是以喉外肌参与“后位会厌”成形、使之术后可随意调节升降、从而有效地防止了误吸,扩大了手术适应证范围,但气管套管拔管率还有待进一步提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eleven cases of larynx cancer were treated with total laryngectomy followed immediately by modified crico-pharyngeal anastomosis. Good phonetic effect and satisfactory swallowing function were attained. The operative procedure was simple and featured by joining the extrinsic laryngeal muscles to form a new epiglottis during the anastomotic procedure as well as by approximating the trachea to the pharynx. Thus the inhalation of food particles could be effectively precluded from getting into the trachea.更多还原
