【摘要】 1973年1月～1988年10月,我院收治多发性肌炎-皮肌炎78例,合并恶性肿瘤16例,大多病人皮肌症状早于恶性肿瘤(15/16),合并恶性肿瘤的多见部位是鼻咽、胃、肝和乳腺。鉴于本病合并鼻咽癌的发病年龄偏低,故20岁以上的多发性肌炎-皮肌炎患者都应详细检查有否恶性肿癌存在。多发性肌炎合并恶性肿瘤者预后极差。更多还原

【Abstract】 From January 1973 to October 1988,16 of 78 patients with dermatomyositis seen at our hospital were found to have associated with malignancy. In most of them,the manifestations of dermatomyositis preceded the diagnosis of malignancy. It is essential that any patients over 20 years of age with dermatomyositis should be intensively searched for the presence of malignancy. Sites that were frequently involved by malignancy were nasopharynx,stomach,liver and breast. The prognosis of patient with severe polymyositis associated with malignancy was very poor.更多还原
