【摘要】 采用刺血疗法治疗痛风性关节炎,观察治疗前后临床症状、血尿酸、尿尿酸及 RNA 酶的变化。结果表明:刺血纽有效率100.00%,痛风灵组有效率75.00%,西药组有效率68.43%。其理化指标亦有明显变化,经统计学处理有显著意义。提示刺血能促进尿尿酸排泄,抑制血尿酸的合成,促进患者免疫功能趋向正常,使机体对嘌呤类代谢起调节作用,达到治疗目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Clinical manifestation,blood trioxypurino content,urinary trioxypurine concentration and ribonuclease(RNAase)content were measured before andafter the treatment with pricking blood method andmedicine respectively to evaluate their effects.Theoverall effective rate in the pricking blood groupwee 100%,that in the Tongfengling group was75%,and that in the medicine group was 68.43%.The difference among the 3 groups is statisticallysignificant.The results obtained suggest that thepricking blood method can enhance the excretion ofthe uric acid from the urine and inhibit uricopoiesisin the blood.Besides,this method may modulatethe metabolism of purines and the immune function.The above actions might be the mechanisms underly-ing the treatment of this disease.更多还原
