【Abstract】 Twenty five cases of renal colic were treatedwith acupuncture."Shenshu"(BL23),"Weizhong"(BL40)and "Zusanli"(ST36)points were selectedas main points,and auxiliary points were addedaccording to differentiation of symptoms and signs.Reinforcing and reducing manipulations were emplo-yed by lifting,thrusting and twirling the needles tocause swift propagative needling sensation,and thenthe needles were retained for 25 to 40 minutes.Twenty seven cases were treated with western medi-cine given by injection.The analgesic effective rateswere 100.0%,92.6%,and the average durations inpain alleviation were 25,50 minutes in acupuncture,western medicine groups respectively.The superiorityof acupuncture over western medicine in therapeuticeffects is of statistical significance(P<0.05).更多还原
