【摘要】 本文用琼脂糖电泳观察阿霉素和雷公藤内酯注射液对结肠癌细胞DNA 的嵌合作用。实验发现,不同批号的雷公藤内酯注射液对结肠癌细胞DNA 嵌合能力有明显差异,并同阿霉素,随制剂存放时间延长,药物对DNA 的嵌合能力减弱。提示本实验方法可反映药物制剂质量的稳定性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The intercalation of doxorubicin and triptolide injection with colon cancer cellular DNA was observed in this experiment.The experiments showed that various batch triptolide injections intercalating in to tumor cellular DNA differed greatly,of whichthe relationship with the doxorubicin was not different,and the intercalation decreased due to the extension of the storage timeof the drug.The stability of the drug could be reflected by this experiment.更多还原
