【摘要】 本文研究了云芝多糖(CVPS)对小鼠产生细胞因子的作用。结果显示:CVPS 250或500mg/kg可显著提高小鼠脾细胞产生白细胞介素2、淋巴毒素和γ-干扰素的水平;CVPS 500mg/kg可显著增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞分泌肿瘤坏死因子和白细胞介素1的能力。CVPS能促进这些在抗肿瘤免疫中具有重要作用的细胞因子的产生,提示其在增强机体抗肿瘤免疫力方面,可能具有较好的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of Coriolus versicolor polysac-charide (CVPS) on the cytokine production inmouse were studied. The results showed that250 or 500 mg/kg CVPS significantly in-creased the levels of interleukin 2, lymphotox-in and interferon-gamma produced by murinespleen lymphocytes; 500 mg/kg CVPS signifi-cantly enhanced the capabilities of secretingtumor necrosis factor and interleukin 1 inmurine peritoneal macrophages. These resultsindicate that CVPS is able to enhance the pro-duction of cytokines, which play an importantrole in the antitumor immunity. CVPS willhave good prospects in being used to improvethe antitumor immunologic function.更多还原
