西洋参茎叶三萜皂甙的化学研究
Triterpenoid saponins in stems and leaves of American ginseng
【摘要】 为了利用引种的西洋参茎叶资源,创制新药,特进行此顶研究、将茎叶的水煮液,经大孔树脂吸附,以乙醇洗脱除杂质后得总皂甙。再用硅胶柱层析分离和纯化,共分得9种化合物。分别进行理化性质试验和光谱测定,经与对照品对照,鉴定为人参皂甙-Rb2、-Rb3、-Rd、-Re、-F2、-Rg1、-Rh1、-Rh2和拟人参皂甙-F11等.其中-Rh1、-Rh2和F2系首次从该植物中获得。
【Abstract】 We investigated the stems and leaves ofAmerican ginseng. The dried stems and leaveswere extracted with H2 0,and the extracts weresubject to chromatography on a Macro-reticu-lar Resins column, eluted with alcohol. Crudesaponins were obtained after purifizction.From the crude saponins, 9 compounds wereisolated chromatographically on a silica gelcolumn. According to physical and chemicalconstants and spectrum data, along with com-parition with authentic samples, these com-pounds were identified as ginsenoside-Rb2,-Rb3,-Rd,-Re, -F2, -Rg1,-Rh1,-Rh2, andpseudo-ginsenoside-F11. Among them, ginseno-side-Rh1,-Rh2 and -F2 were first isolatedfrom the stems and leaves of this plant.
