氢溴酸高乌甲素透皮吸收的研究
Transdermal release of lappaconitine
【摘要】 ~3H定位标记的氢溴酸高乌甲素制成控释贴片,经离体大鼠、小鼠、家兔及人体皮肤的透皮释放和大鼠、小鼠、家兔的在体透皮吸收试验,以及与小鼠、大鼠单剂量口服(ig)~3H-LA的动力学比较,实验表明:离体皮肤透皮释放的c-t曲线呈良好的线性关系,在体动物贴片和口服给药相比,能在短时间内达到较高的血药浓度,并维持这一稳态浓度72h以上,达到长效之效果。
【Abstract】 The ~3H-Lappaconitine sustained releasepatch was used to study transdermal release invitro with rat, mouse, rabbit’s skin and humancadaver skin, transdermal absorption in vivowith rat, mouse and rabbit. It was comparedwith oral administration of single dose in ratsand mice. The c-t curve of transdermal releasein vitro presented a good linear relationshop,the concentration in plasma by patch couldreach a higher level compared with that afteroral administration and was kept in steady-state level for more than 72 hours.
