【摘要】 用 CS—9000薄层扫描仪同时测定了安定、安眠酮及舒乐安定的血清浓度。采用正己烷-氯仿-甲醇(5:3:1)为展开剂,R_f值分别为0.53,0.64,0.29。3种药物测定波长分别为:254,249,264nm,相关系数 r=0.9968～0.9995。回收率为 93%～98%,板内板间误差 RSD小于3.7%,方法简单准确,可用于中毒抢救时3种药物的定性定量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Simultaneously diazepam, methaqualoneand estazolam in human serum were deter-mined. Plate: silica gel GF254, mobile phase: n-hexane: chloroform: methyl (5: 3: 1),R_f value was: 0.53, 0.64, 0.29. Quantitativeassay was made by CS-9000 thin-layer-chro-matography flying-spot scanner with detectionat 254, 249, 264nm. Correlate coefficient was0.9968～0.9995.The rate of recovery was93%～98%. The precision of within plate andintraplate RSD was less than 3.7%. Themethod is simple, rapid, sensitive, and can beused in analysis of intoxication in emergencytreatment.更多还原
