【Abstract】 A ion-pairing and reverse-phase high-per-formance liquid chromatographic method withC-18 column has been developed for the deter- mination of ceftriaxone in human plasma.Therapid method involved precipitation of proteinfrom 50μl plasma by means of acetonitrile fol-lowed by injection of supernatant directly. Thelinearity of ceftriaxone was from 1 to 500μg/ml, and the precision of inter-day was lessthan 5% when the plasma concentration ofceftriaxone was more than 5 μg/ml. The detec-tion limit was 0.5μg/ml using UV detec-tion. The method is sensitive and accurate; notime-consuming sample prep operations are re-quired. It can be used for the studies of phar-macokinetics and pharmacodynamics.更多还原
