【摘要】 本文利用ICP发射光谱测定了大黄等中药原药及水煎液中微量元素的分布及含量;研究了各元素的浸出特征,计算了浸出率,比较了含不同有机成分中药的浸出率差别。说明了仅由原药中微量元素种类和含量推测各元素与药物作用的关系是不合适的,必须考虑并研究微量元素的可利用量及在相应剂型中的存在形态。更多还原
