牡蛎提取物的体外放射增敏作用

【摘要】 鲜活牡蛎肉提取液和牡蛎肉干粉水溶液以1:100~1:800比例加到人鼻咽癌细胞株培养液内培养15~16h。细胞接受2Gyγ射线照射,继续培养56~72h。观察细胞克隆形成率。结果发现:在排除了药物的细胞毒作用后(1:100~200),两种牡蛎药液均有明显的强化γ射线杀灭癌细胞的效应,放射增敏率达34.5%~52.6%(P<0.001)。但放射前给药无增敏作用。

【Abstract】 Hydrosoluble extract of fresh oyster flesh anddry-powder was diluted with culture media of hu-man nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line in range of1:100~1:800 and incubated for 15~16 hours.The tumor cells were irradiated by 2Gy-ray, andcontinuously cultured for 56~72 hours followedby observation of cell clony formation. After exclu-sion of cytotoxicity of oyster-media(diluted in 1:100~1:200), the extract of oyster could promotekilling effect of γ-ray on the tumor cells. The ra-diosensitization rate ranged from 34.5% to 52.6%(P<0.001). But the given oyster media duringpreirradiation did not have any radiosensitization.
