大豆抗花叶病毒病的鉴定方法

【摘要】 本文研究了大豆抗花叶病毒病的鉴定方法。结果表明,毒源以采用干燥病叶在-15—-17℃条件下保存15天为宜,病叶与缓冲液比(g/V)为1:20。二片子叶展开时接种,其发病率较高,出现症状时间适宜。采用病株症状严重度及病叶量2个因素确定抗病5级标准,并以病情指数划分5个抗性等级。本研究提出的抗性鉴定方法可取得品种间及年份间具有可比性的抗性鉴定结果。

【Abstract】 Methods of identification of soybean resistance of soybean mosaic virus(SMV)were studied in this paper.The results showed that it appeared higher disease incidence and clear symptomswhen inoculation using dried virus resource which kept in-15——17℃ in 15 days and the potimumratio 1:20 of diseased leaf and buffer.The suitable seedlings for inoculation were in cotyledon expansion stage.Five resistance rates were divided according to severity and percent of diseased leaves(disease index).The comparably results could be obtained applying this methods to review soybean resistance between the varieties and years.
