【摘要】 采用英国OXFORD Medilog 9200型8导脑电图监测仪,对临床怀疑癫痫而常规脑电图未描记出痫波的78例小儿做了79次24h脑电图磁带记录(AEEG)。在监测期间出现痫性放电58例,占74.36%,其中44例出现睡眠阶段,占异常放电数的75.86%,尤以轻睡期出现为主(16例)。监测中有临床发作的29例占37.17%,发作同时伴有痫样放电27例,有临床发作而没有同时痫样放电2例。本研究显示AEEG可明显提高小儿癫痫的诊断率,协助准确判定癫痫发作的类型,对特殊型癫痫,AEEG有利于诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 A total of 79 AEEG recordings were made by 8 channel recorders of OXFORD Medilog 9200 made in England for 78 epileptic children who were suspected epilepsy but routine EEG didnot show " epileptic form" abnormalities. During AEEG recording, EEG discharges were exhibited in 58 recordings(74.36%) Among of them "epileptiform" abnormalities Were exhibited in 44 Cases in the sleep staging (75.86%) ,and the light sleep staging was dominant (16 Cases) .The analysis of 79 recordings (for 78 patients)showed that clinical attacks were found in 29 recordings (37.17%) ,in 27 of the 29 symptomatic recordings, seizures were accompanied by simultaneous EEG discharges.Attacks or seizures without EEG discharge were obtained in 2 of the 29 symptomatic recordings. Our study demonstrates AEEG enhances prominently the rate of epileptic diaghosis of children,helps in determining the type of seizures of epilepsy and in those special epilepsy AEEG can be help differentiation of epilepsy.更多还原
