【Abstract】 In the treatment of head traumatic facial nerve Palsy in 92 cases ,effects on the prognosis were analysed of facial palsy degree, denervation degree,bone fracture complication and sensorineural deafness. The choice of cherapy and its initiation time could alter the effects of the above factors on the prognosis. Parameters for complete evaluation of the prognosis were indicated which might he beneficial to the work out of a proper therapy.更多还原
