失血性休克家兔肠系膜微循环的血液动力学变化的观察

【摘要】 用显微电视录像静画步进法测量了失血性休克不同血压状态下家兔小肠系膜毛细血管内径、血流速度及血流量的变化。结果发现:1.随着血压的连续下降,10μm以下毛细血管内径逐浙缩小,血流速度减慢,血流量减少。当MAP(平均动脉压下降到2.66 kPa时,毛细血管保持收缩状态,血流流态发生摆动,进而停止; 2.将5只家兔放血至平均动脉压为5.985±0.266kPa并维持不变时,可见10μm以下毛细血管内径在10min后开始缩小,30min时收缩至最细,以后开始恢复。而其血流速度,血流量随时间延长亦继续减慢和减少,到50min下降到最低值并持续到90min。

【Abstract】 The mesenteric capillary diameter, blood flow rate and flow statue were observed and measured with microcirculation video system before and during hemorrhagic shock. The changes of mesenteric microcirculation in different hypotension state were also analysed. The results indicated that: 1) Capillary diameter is attenuated gradually with the reduction of blood pressure. Capillary blood flow ve’ocity and flow rate were decreased when MAP decrease to 2.66kPa. Capillary diameter is gradualy got to thin; 2) When blood pressure drop to 5.985±0.266kPa and was maintained the level, mesenteric capillary diameter became smaller after 10 min and reached minimum after 30 min then recover to normal level but blood flow velocity and flow ratc were decreased to minimum after 50 min until 90 min.
