【摘要】 本文报告3例肥厚型心肌病（HCM）患者的MR所见与病理结果。发现HCM其室间隔及左室游离壁厚度远超过正常室壁外,收缩增厚比明显降低。2例心肌病变组织信号强度大部分高于正常心肌,T₂值延长。1例病变组织其信号强度增高呈灶状,并有块状低信号,T₂值短缩。更多还原

【Abstract】 The MRI findings and pathological results on 3 cases of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy （HCM） were reported. It was discovered that the septum and free wall of LV in HCM were much thicker than those of normal, and the ratio of systolic thickness was apparently decreased. Signal intensity of cardiomyopathic tissue was mostly higher than normal myocardium in 2 cases, and T₂ value elongated. Signal intensity of cardiomyopathic tissue was increased as focus in 1 case and lower signal intensity as mass existed, T₂ value shortened. One month later, the patient was died suddenly.更多还原
