【Abstract】 In this study, we obsetved the nematolysosomes in Purkinje cells of cercbellum under a highe-voltage electron microscope by using acid phosphatase staining. The result show: nematolysosome presents in Purkinje cell. This provide a theoretic basis for the further study of the function of nematolysosome in centre nervous system.更多还原
