二极管阵列检测器在色谱峰纯度鉴定中的应用研究
Application Studies on Chromatographic Peak Purity with Photodiode-array Detection
【摘要】 研究了二极管阵列检测器在色谱峰纯度鉴定中的应用,将比率色谱法和主成分分析法应用于几个混合药物实例。结果表明,这两种方法能够正确判断色谱保留几乎完全相同、紫外光谱不同的2~3组分混合物的色谱峰纯度,并对这两种技术在重迭色谱峰纯度鉴别中的应用及其实验条件等进行了讨论,比较了其特点和优缺点,总结了规律,为其在实际工作中的应用进行了探索性的研究。
【Abstract】 The application studies of chromatographic peak purity with photodiode-array detection were described. Two methods, i. e., ration gram method and principle component analysis, were applied for four kinds of samples containing from 1 to 4 components. The results show that both methods can identify the peak purity and be useful for the practical work. The experimental techniques were discussed in detail.
