【Abstract】 A HPLC method was established for determining the content of isosorbide-5-mononitrate (5 ISMN) tablets. A YWG-ODS column was used. 5 ISMN was detected at 250nm using methnol-water (25∶75, Ⅴ/Ⅴ) as mobile phase and caffeine as internal standard. The standard curve was linear over the concentration range of 60～320μg/ml(γ=0.9999) and the recovery was 100. 12±0.67% (n=7). The content determined by HPLC was the same as that determined by UV which had been used previously.更多还原
