【摘要】 本文介绍了该院药剂科管理模式改革的具体做法和所取得的成效。即将原科主任负责制的管理体制改革为部主任负责制,实行部、系统两级分工把关制,有力地促进了临床药学、制剂室管理、科学研究、人才培养等工作,取得了较好的社会效益和经济效益。

【Abstract】 This paper presents the concrete practice and achieved results in reforming administration pattern in dept of pharmacy of this hospital. We changed the responsibility system held by section chief into that held by department director. Consequently, it forcefully promoted the development of clinical pharmacy, management of preparation room, scientific research and professional training and obtained considerable social and economic benefits.
