【Abstract】 This paper presents the concrete practice and achieved results in reforming administration pattern in dept of pharmacy of this hospital. We changed the responsibility system held by section chief into that held by department director. Consequently, it forcefully promoted the development of clinical pharmacy, management of preparation room, scientific research and professional training and obtained considerable social and economic benefits.更多还原
