【摘要】 本文介绍了雌三醇乳剂制备,透皮吸收,临床应用和不良反应。三组志愿者一次外擦此乳剂5天后尿中雌三醇量高于基础尿药量,说明此乳剂透皮性好,透皮量和剂量成正比关系,不良反应和剂量有正相关性。若剂量合适,此乳剂是一安全、缓释、长效、方便之制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the percutaneous absorption, clinical use and side-effects of estriol cream. The cream was applied topically to the skin of three groups of volunteers. On the fifth day after an applieation of cream, it was found that the daily urine estriol content was higher than that before appilcation. The results indicate that the estriol in the cream ean be absorbed percutaneously and the amount absorbed is proportional to the dose applied, as are the side effects. Therefore, with rational dose, the cream is a safe, longaeting and convenient preparation.更多还原
