【摘要】 应用24小时动态心电图对18例正常人及17例急性心肌梗塞(AMD患者的心率变异进行研究,并观察17例其它疾病患者的心率变异趋势。结果显示:(1)AMI患者的Lorenz散点图明显区别于正常人,前者多为鱼雷状,后者多为慧星状,AMI患者RR间期标准差与百分位数增多显著低于正常人I(2)不同梗塞部位即前壁与下壁AMI患者间,Lorenz散点图、标准差及百分位数均未见差异;(3)其它患者Lorenz散点图特点各不相同,呈复杂型或短棒状、鱼雷状、慧星状。提示本法为一种检测自主神经张力的无创性分析方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Holter was applied to study heart rate variability(HRV) on 18 normal people(NP) and 17 patients with acute myocardial infarction(pAMI).and to observe the trends of HRV on 17 patients with other diseases. The results; 1. Lorenz scatter-plot patterns on pAMI differed significantly from those of NP.most of pAMI showed torpedo shape, and most of NP displayed cometic shape. The standard deviation(S) of RR period and the percentiles(Pr) on pAMI were obviously lower than NP. 2. There was no discrepancy of Lorenz scatter-plot.S and Pr between anterior and inferior pAMI. 3. Lorenz scatter-plot demonstrated complex or short cudgel patterns on 5 patients with congestive heart failure, torpedo patterns on 5 patients with hyperthyroidism, and torpedo or comet patterns of 7 diabetics. These results suggested that this way may be a noninrasive method to assess the activity of autonomic nervous system.更多还原
