【Abstract】 Jiangsu native goats were used in this experiment. The goats were superovulated with FSH and slaughted at the different times after the onset of estrus, and the oviducts were flushed to collect the oocytes. It was demonstrated that the time of ovulation in goat was about 18-20 hours after the onset of estrus, and some ovulated oocytes had not finished 1st meiosis.更多还原
