【摘要】 本文应用国产维拉帕米缓释片与普通片每日240mg治疗高血压病36例,并测定了16例患者稳态血药浓度。结果显示,缓释片组降压的总有效率为94.4%,显效率77.8%,药后第10天和第20天血药浓度分别为97.0±50.6ng/ml,113.1±64.9ng/ml。普通片组总有效率为88.9%,显效率72.2%,药后第10天、第20天血药浓度分别为108.1±78.3ng/ml、119.7±59.6ng/ml。上述结果表明:两种剂型对高血压病具有肯定疗效,用药剂量以每日240mg为宜。缓释片能减少服药次数,减少个体血药浓度差异,更适合于高血压病的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Therapeutic studies with 240 mg daily slow release (SR) or conventional verapamil tablets (made in China) were performed in a total of 36 hypertensives with measurement of verapamil plasma concentration at steady state in 16 of them. The results showed that the total effective rates in SR and conventional verapamil tablets were 94.4% and 88.9%, respectively; obvious effective rates 77.8% and 72.2%, respectively; verapamil plasma concentrations were 97.0±50.6 ng/ml and 108.1±78.3 ng/ml after 10 days of administration, respectively; 113.1±64.9 ng/ml and 119.7±59.6 ng/ml after 20 days, respectively. Our results reveal that both verapamil formulations have antihypertensive effect with a daily dose of 240mg. SR verapamil is preferable to the conventional one for hypertension due to less frequent medication and individual plasma drug concentration variation.更多还原
