【Abstract】 Xinlujing contains mainly sodium dichloroisocyanurate, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, stabilizer and buffer and has an available chlorine content of 25%. It has both detergent and bactericidal effects. It was indicated in laboratory experiment that the solution of Xinlujing containing available chlorine 15 mg/L with a 10 min contact time could completely kill Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. A solution containing available chlorine 300 mg/L with a 10 min contact time could kill 99.94% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger and the solution containing available chlorine 500 mg/L could destroy HBsAg in serum in 5 min. Presence of organic matter led to decrease in its bactericidal efficacy. Its available chlorine content decreased by 1.1～2.3% after storage for 5 months at room temperature.更多还原
