【摘要】 用免疫亲和层析提纯技术获取高纯度的BLV抗原,并用EDTA处理被检血清,以免疫琼扩(ID)的检测结果为标准,建立一种快速特异的斑点酶联免疫吸附试验(Dot—ELISA),用于检测牛白血病病毒(BLV)血清抗体。其检测结果阳性者完全复盖并高于ID试验的检出率。而超出于ID试验的阳性部份,与ELISA法测得阳性结果完全符合。本法比ID试验高5.6％,并可提前60多个小时报告结果。比ELISA法亦可提前十几个小时得出结果。而且不需要特殊仪器设备,是一种特异性强,敏感性良好而且快速的免疫学检测方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 High purified antigen of bovine leucovirus is acquired with immune affinity chromatography technique, and examined serumis treated and by EDTA. To take detected results of ID as the standard, established a rapid, specific Dot-ELISA in detection serum antibody of bovine leucovirus. The positive result of the method is complate coincidence and higher than the detection rata of ID. The positive part that higher than the ID is complate coincidence with the result of ELISA. The method is 5,6% more sensitive than the ID. The method can get result over 60 hours ahead of time than ID and over 10 hours ahead of time than ELISA. The method needn’ t special equipment. It’ s a specific sensitive and rapid immunology detection method.更多还原
