【Abstract】 The genomic library of Myco. paratuberculosis strain C2 from cattle was established using plasmid pBluescript SK as a carrier by enzyme Pst I cutting. And four recons which didn’t react with Myco. bovis, Myco.avium and Myco. phlei were preliminarily screened, the specific fragments of DNA from the four bacteria were 5.1, 2.2, 1.7 and 1 kb in size respectively by rapid extract recs-plasmid assay.更多还原
