尼龙6/马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯合金力学性能和流变行为的研究

【摘要】 本研究利用单螺杆挤出机通过熔融共混制备了尼龙6/接枝聚丙烯塑料合金,并测定了其吸水性、力学性能和流变行为。结果表明:接枝聚丙烯可以改善尼龙6与聚丙烯之间的相容性,合金的吸水率明显降低,在保持较高刚性的同时冲击性能优于尼龙6。流变测定表明:尼龙6/接枝聚丙烯合金的假塑性增加、熔体粘度上升、成型加工性较尼龙6有所改善。

【Abstract】 Nylon 6/PP-g-MAH alloys were prepared by means of melt blending in asingle screw extruder,its water-absorption,mechanical properties and rheo-logical behaviour were investigated.The result showed that the compatibilitybetween Nylon 6 and PP can be improved,compared to Nylon 6,the water-absorption rate of the alloys is evidently decreased and their impact strengthis higher without rigidity loss.On the other hand,rheological tests showedthat the Nylon6/PP-g-MAH alloy posses higher pseudoplasticity and meltviscosity,and their processability is somewhat improved.
