【Abstract】 The authors domesticated wild Chinese hamsters and made them inbred generations.For 12 years work these hamsters have been developed into Shanyi colony, of which A-30 line reproduced to the twenty-second generation . It was proved by genetic test that the twentieth generation of the hamsters had bred into inbred strain. Raising conditions, reproduction method and establishment of inbred strain were discussed and summarized.更多还原
