刍议定西地区南部泥石流防治途径

【摘要】 定西地区南部的泥石流,主要发育在漳县、岷县两县,该区几乎每年都发生泥石流阻塞境内甘川公路的现象,泥石流对两县生态环境造成了严重破坏。不良的地质现象,为泥石流的发育提供了充足的固体物质,大比降的沟道,为泥石流提供了良好的流通条件,加上降雨等因素的作用,致使该区泥石流暴发频繁。据分析,日降雨量大于29mm且10分降雨量大于9mm,都可能导致泥石流发生。合理配置的水土保持措施,可抑制泥石流的发生。根治泥石流,建立水土保持综合防护体系,应从恢复植被目标出发,科学配置林草措施,合理调整农林牧用地结构,修建沟道拦蓄工程。目前,首先应做好预警工作,其次要制订防治规划,并逐步付诸于实施。

【Abstract】 The debris flow in South Dingxi Prefecture mainly developed in two counties: Zhangxian and Minxi-an. In these areas the traffic on Gansu-Sichuan highway was hold up by the debris flow almost every year. The debris flow seriously destroyed the ecologic environment of the two counties. Inferior geologic conditions provided sufficient solid materials for the development of debris flow; channels with steep gradient provided good conveyance conditions, in addition to the effect of rainfall. Debris flow took place in the area frequently. According to the analysis, rainfall exceeding 29 mm in a day and 9 mm in 10 minutes may lead to the generation of debris flow. Rational disposition of soil conservation measures can refrain the . generation of debris flow. To bring the debris flow under permanent control and to set up a comprehensive protection system of soil conservation, vegetation should be recovered at first and the forest-grass measures should be scientificly disposed; land use structure of agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry should be rationally adjusted; sediment retention projects in the gullies should be built.
