自然循环水管式热水锅炉水循环安全性的研究
The Studing on Safety of Water Circulation in Natural Circulation Water-tube Type Hot Water Boiler
【摘要】 针对国内普遍使用的自然循环水管式热水锅炉的炉膛部分水冷壁经常发生变形、开裂及爆管问题进行研究。通过对典型热水锅炉的水循环流动特性的理论分析及计算,提出了改善自然循环水管式热水锅炉水循环安全性的措施。此方法对此种类型锅炉的设计具有一定的指导意义且能保证锅炉稳定可靠地运行。
【Abstract】 The deformation and exploding of water-cooled wall tube which is happen frequently in some natural circulation water-tube type hot water boilers is researched. The main reason of deformation and explod- ing of water-cooled wall tube is that the water circulation is not safety. By theory analysis and computing of wa- ter flow characteristic in typical water-tube hot water boiler, some methods are presented. These methods have great significance for design and repair of natural circulation water-tube hot water boiler and for improving sta- bility of boiler operation.
