【Abstract】 There are plentiful resources of associated sandy kaoline and soft clay in the Tertiary coal measures in Changchang coal mine area, Hainan province. By adopting chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis of powder crystal, differential thermal analysis and transmission electron microscopy this paper makes a synthetic study on the characteristics of composition of the two ores mentioned above.
