【摘要】 <正> 一、前言非晶态Fe—W合金镀层具有良好的耐酸性,它在盐酸和硝酸的混合溶液中加热到60℃仍难以溶解;其缺点是在中性或碱性溶液中的耐蚀性稍差。图1为Fe-W合金镀层在1 mol/LHCl、0.5 mol/L H2SO4和3 % NaCl溶液中(60℃,30~100小时)的浸泡试验结果。与文献[2]提供的电沉积非晶态Ni-P镀层在相近条

【Abstract】 To improve the corrosion resistance of electrodeposited amorphous Fe-W alloy film in neutral solution,two kinds of baths for electrodepositing amorphous Fe-W-Cr alloy film were developed.Bath I,a tartrate-citrate based bath,is applicable for plating an alloy film containing less chromium (about 1~2 wt%),which improves corrosion resistance to some extent in both HC1 and neutral solutions.Bath Ⅱ with bartrate-formate-glycine can produce an alloy film containing more chromium (about 60 wt% for the maximum content),whose corrosion resistance was remarkably improved in HC1 solution. The compositions and electroplating conditions of the two baths,the electrochemical impedance spectra and anodic polarization curves of the electrodeposited amorphous Fe-W -Cr alloy in 3% NaCl solution are presented.
