304不锈钢电沉积条件的探讨

【摘要】 用电沉积法从氯化物-硫酸盐混合体系镀液中在08F钢上制取了304不锈钢型Fe-Cr-Ni合金镀层;讨论了镀液成份,添加剂,pH值,电流蜜度和镀液温度对镀层成份及性能的影响。研究结果表明,在常温、低pH及适当的电流密度下,镀液中的Cr3+和Ni2+含量比值达到3.1时,可以获得成份与18-8不锈钢相似的,具有铁素体结构的铁铬镍合金镀层。这种镀层结合力好,耐腐蚀。

【Abstract】 An Fe-Cr-Ni ternary alloy coating of type 304 stainless steel could be electrodeposited on mild steel from a bath containing chloride and sulphate of these metals with TJ additive (C6H4COSO2NH) and boric acid. The effects of the bath composition,TJ additive ,pH,current density and temperature on the composition of the coating formed were discussed. The results indicated that when the Cr3+/Ni2+ ratio in the bath was adjusted to 3. 5,an Fe-Cr-Ni alloy coating with the composition approximate to that of type 304 stainless steel could be obtained at temperature of 303-308 K,pH 1.5-1.7 and current density of 15A/dm2. The electreodeposited coating which exhibited high corrosion resistance and adhesion consisted of 68. 5-71.4%Fe, 17.2-21.7%Cr and 9. 8-11.4%Ni,and it did constitute an alpha solid solution.
