水轮机转轮叶片载荷谱的确定方法
Prediction of Hydraulic Turbine Load Spectrum
【摘要】 本文理论论证了用机组外特性-机组出力确定混流式水轮机转轮载荷谱的研究方法,推导得转轮叶片应力服从三参数韦布尔分布。首次提出并论证了不进行现场实测和调查统计就可确定出韦布尔分布中各参数的方法。用该方法对未进行真机实测和出力统计的已有机组和在设计中的新机组都可预估其载荷谱,为转轮设计,强度校校与结构安全寿命估算奠定基础。
【Abstract】 The new compiling method of determining hydiaulic turbine load spectrum was proved theoretically. The blade stress spectrum was determined fiom the power (external characteristic of hydraulic turbine). And it was deduced that the blade stress of Francis turbine follows the three parameter Weibull distribution. It was first proposed the way to predict all the parameters in the Weibull distribution without prototype test. By means of the method, the spectrum of old turbine in use and new turbine in design can be predicted. It was of very important significance to the fatigue design, the reliability analysis, life prediction and the selecting of turbine type of a new hydraulic turbine.
