【Abstract】 We selected four forage cultivars for the experiment of tissue culture in order to get more seedlings and available characters as quickly as possible. Broadleaf vetch was one of them. The materials cultured were the leaf bose and the hypocotyls. They were cultured in the media of MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L and MS+6-BA 2mg/L for new seedlings directly.
