【摘要】 为了探讨喂养方式及辅食添加对婴儿不同年龄阶段体重增值的影响,我们对无锡县东亭乡婴儿生长监测资料作了分析。结果表明,婴儿生后4个月内的体重增值以母乳喂养儿最高、混合喂养儿次之、人工喂养儿最低;4～6个月儿体重增值3种喂养方式间非常接近;6～12个月儿体重增值却以人工喂养儿最高而母乳喂养儿最低。此外,不论哪种喂养方式在4～6月龄间开始合理添加辅食者,其6～12个月体重增值均明显高于4～6月龄间未合理添加辅食者。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of feeding patterns and supplementation on weight gain of variedstages of age in infants,the data of children’s growth monitoring in Dongting community of wuxiCounty were analysed.It was found that the weight gain of breast feeding infants was the high-est among three kinds of feeding patterns and that of artificial feeding infants was significantlylower than that of mixed feeding infants during the first 4 months after delivery.It was alsofound that there were on significant difference on weight gain among there kinds of feeding pat-terns during 4～6 months of age.However.the weight gain of artificial feeding infants was thelowest during 6～12 months of age.In addition,no matter which kinds of feeding patterns,theweight gain during 6～12 months of age was higher in those with reasonable supplementationduring 4～6 months of age than that in those with unreasonable supplementation during 4～6months of age.更多还原
