【摘要】 本文报告了降低河南农村孕产妇死亡率研究组在河南省7个县孕产妇死亡社会因素调查的基础上,对其中济源、禹县、巩县3个试点县所进行的降低孕产妇死亡干预措施的研究。两年来实施8项干预措施,使3个县孕产妇死亡率由148.75/10万下降到67.76/10万,降低了54.44%。为贫困县和山区降低孕产妇死亡率提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports,on the basis of the investigation of the social factors of the death of thegravide-puerpera in seven counties in Henan,the studies of the intervention measures to reducethe death of gravida-puerpera in three experimental counties,Jiyuan,Yuxian and Gongxian.After the practice of the 8 intervention measures for 2 years,the death rate was decreased from148.75/100 000 to 67.76/100000.accounting for 54.44%.The results provided the referencefor the decrease of death rate of the gravid-apuerpera for the poor counties and the mountain ar- eas.更多还原
