热管式换热器的热力学分析
Thermodynamic analysis of heat pipe heat exchanger
【摘要】 目前对热管式换热器的研究大都是基于能量守恒定律,从传热学角度研究其传热性能,从热力学能量利用角度进行的研究相当少。本文以热力学第二定律为基础,用(火用)参数对气—气、气—水组合型热管式换热器进行了(火用)优化分析。提出了冷、热流体参数的优化选择方案,并且从热力学观点研究了这种类型换热器的工作效率。此外,本文也为换热器的(火用)分析提供了一个可行的研究方法。
【Abstract】 Today’s analyses of heat pipe heat exchanger mostly depend on the law of energy conservation with the consideration of heat transfer only. However,the thermodynamic analysis to its heat transfer processes and economical efficiency of energy recovery on the basis of the second law of thermodynamics is rarely seen. In this paper,using the exergy or availability function,the analytical investigation of exergy optimization is done to a gas-to-air with gas-to-water combinated heat pipe heat exchanger as an example. Thus,a selective scheme of the optimal parameters of hot and cool fluids is presented and the energy efficiency of this kind of energy analysis of heat pipe heat exchanger is studied. In all ,a method of exergy analysis of heat pipe heat exchanger is given in this paper.
