4Cr5MoV1Si钢在力传感器弹性体上的应用研究
An Investigation on the Applicatian of 4Cr5MoV1 Si Steel in Force Transducers
【摘要】 分析了国外力传感器中钢质弹性材料的组织结构与性能,研究了国产4Cr5MoVlSii钢的热处理制度与组织、性能之间的关系。结果表明,只要通过适当热处理,4Cr5MoVlSi钢即能达到国外传感器中同类弹性体的性能指标。
【Abstract】 The forming structure and performance of elastomic steel materials in foreign force transducers are analyzed. The relation between heat treatment system and structure or performance of home-made 4Cr5MoVlSi steel is investigated. The results show that by using adequate heat treatment, 4Cr5MoVISi steel could meet the same specifications of the elastomer in foreign transducers.
