【Abstract】 The Tarim Basin represents another superlarge oil-and-gas base in China following the Daqing Oilfield. However the economic evaluation of its exploration and development has all along restricted the decision-making in investment in this area. For this reason, and based on the characteristics of oil-and-gas development, the authors make a design of applying the grey system theory to its economic evaluation and express their views on the subjects to be studied and methods to be adopted for this application.更多还原
