【摘要】 需要获得故障特征量的统计分布特性是影响模式识别技术在大中型设备上应用的最大障碍,当只关心机器的运转状态是否正常时可以避开这个问题.本文讨论了机械故障模式识别中的困难和模糊性问题,描述了在不需知道特征量统计分布详情的条件下,用模糊数学中模糊聚类的原理来对机器运转状态进行模糊动态监测的方法.并将此方法成功地运用于一蜗杆蜗轮传动实验装置的故障模式划分和空压机运转状态的实际监测,验证了方法的有效性和实用性.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, we discuss the fuzzy problems for the pattern discrimination of machine. A new method, from the fuzzy sets theory, to monitor the condition of a machine in-line is given.
